Your personal plan to live more sustainably.. step 1: Identify your needs.. 10 questions! 


When we look at sustainability and wellness we are often either eager to get started right away and jump straight in to action. Or.. we keep doing nothing at all. To get started AND to get long lasting results, we need to identify our needs first. 

Accept where we are at, and then make some conscious choices with regards to our wellness and sustainability. It is our own responsibility to take these actions and therefore it is crucial to be honest to yourself when answering the questions below. 

If you can find a person to do this exercise with that is even better - then you both complete the questions individually and then sit down and share your answers together. Sharing your answers to one another creates clarity and motivates you to take responsibility and to take action.
